I used this moisturizer for a few weeks, and overall it was fine. It felt nice going on and didn’t irritate my skin or anything, which I’m sure is a good sign. I can’t say I noticed a big difference, but it did the job well enough. Not amazing for me, but not bad either

I emailed them twice about my order and basically got the customer service equivalent of a blank stare. Eventually I heard something back, but by then I was already annoyed. The products might be perfectly fine, but chasing down a reply like it’s a rare collectible isn’t really my idea of a good time. I wouldn’t be in a hurry to deal with their support again...

I picked up a few bars from Beekman 1802 and they’ve lasted longer than I expected. I use one every day in the shower, and it doesn’t disappear or get mushy as fast as other soaps I’ve tried. As long as you keep it on a dry soap dish, it holds up really well. Overall it’s been a smooth experience, and I’ve been happy with the quality. I took off one star just because the price still feels a little high for soap

I have mild rosacea on my cheeks, most new skincare makes my face get super irritated fast. I tried the Beekman 1802 cream and was really surprised by how gentle it felt. After about 3 weeks, my redness looked way less bright, especially when I woke up in the morning.
It definitely didn’t make the redness disappear completely, and the price is kind of a lot, so I’d give it 4 stars. But overall, my skin feels much calmer and not nearly as stingy, which is a big win for me.

The whole kindness message sounds nice, and I wanted to believe it, but my experience didn’t really match that. When something came up, it felt like everyone was polite but nobody actually took ownership or followed through. That makes it hard for me to fully trust the message.
